The lineup changes as we add new resources for you, but typically you'll find an augmented search function, an up to date variety of articles on management and executive topics, a broad assortment of audio programs, and video programs, such as the Harvard Business Video programs. All free. All in your desktop. All ON DEMAND when you want to use them.

Here's a quick look at some screenshots. To the right is a shot of the articles categories available the day we wrote this. These can be found under the Articles For Managers Tab.

The available audio shows are just plain exciting, and they can range in length from a few minutes (as in a short tip or management hint), to much longer programs that involve interviews with notable CEO's or other managers. One of the most interesting programs is one hosted by Jack and Suze Welch, Jack being the former CEO of GE, and considered a management guru.

What does it look like? Above is a view of the Radio Player Tab. It's a litle hard to read the text, but there are audio programs on Manager Tools, Strategy and Planning, The Cranky Middle Manager, Think Like a Leader, Harvard Business Review Previews, and a whole lot more.

In addition to a number of different functions that you can add, like a popup killer, an email notifier, weather forecaster, we also have some videos available. Below is a shot of the Harvard Business Video tab.

You control the use of the Toolbar. You can add features, or hide features you don't want. You can disable the tool bar so it's no longer visible, or uninstall it completely if you no longer want it.
