Terms and Use of Our Article Reprints/Licences

Please read these terms and conditions carefully so you understand what you are purchasing, and how you may use the material

1. You have 24 hours after purchasing to request a refund, if for some reason, you change your mind. After 24 hours we will not provide a refund under any circumstances.
2. You will be purchasing a licence that allows you to use the article you have licensed in any print publication, OR in an electronic form that is NON-PUBLIC. (i.e. INTERNAL company email, INTERNAL newsletter, or INTERNAL corporate website.)
3. You may NOT use this article in any electronic format were it is available to the general public (for example, on a public website).
4. You will not OWN the article. We (or the original author) retains the copyright. As such you cannot resell it. You may, however, include in a book, or magazine that is sold to consumers.
5. It is your responsibility to grab the article text and prepare it for your own use. We do not email or otherwise get involved in the process, unless you experience serious difficulties.
6. You may edit the article to fit your context and needs, but we assume that you will not change the meaning or intent of the article. You may alter the title to fit your needs.
   
7. You must include, with the article, a credit statement as follows:

8. The licence lasts for ONE year, after which you must renew your licence, if you want to continue using the material. In other words if you want to use the article in a course given in 2009, and again in 2011, you must repurchase. We rely on you as an honorable person to repurchase if necessary.
9. This licence becomes null and void, and no refund will be provided if you violate the terms of this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that other people who may view the article are aware of the conditions of this agreement and relevant copyright law.
